A multi-step process that involves asset tracking, equipment teardown and rebuild, sand blasting and repainting, visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness testing, magnetic particle testing, and hydrotesting.

Our experienced technicians are experts in their field and inspect each piece of iron for any flaws. We inspect each piece that comes through our business and if a piece fails the visual testing, no further testing will be done.

Our ultrasonic testing provides exact readings down to the millimeter in order to accurately measure the wall thickness. Our gauges are regularly checked and calibrated for maximum efficiency when needed.

We test 1002’s and 1502’s in order to provide you the most efficient constant working pressure. With each piece being thoroughly tested, it will increase your overall productivity due to less time in the field.

Using manufacturer’s specifications, we measure the age of each thread. If any threads are found to be worn, they will be immediately scrapped.

In order to provide quality customer service, each business can track the progress of their equipment in real time via our online iron management system. This system will provide an up to date process of each piece of equipment, view certificates and can view reports regarding the equipment.
