OUR LEADERS

Bass Oilfield Supplies and Services is a family-based business that focuses on building customer relationships that will last a lifetime. Quintin and Kinsey Bass have years of experience in providing quality customer service. They believe in catering to their customers and providing excellent personalized service. 

Residing in Snyder, Texas they are actively involved in their church and love watching their children grow and participate in all the activities their small town has to offer. When there is some relaxation time, Quintin loves to cook for his family and Kinsey enjoys paint class with a small friend group and volunteering. 

As they raise their children, the Bass’ know how important exemplifying high moral values and strong work ethic is. Quintin and Kinsey both believe that customer relationships are the key to their business and look forward to serving you and your company.

MEET THE TEAM.

  • Elvin Allen

    CONSULTANT

    Elvin Allen has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry since 1968. He started out rebuilding small engines, on the side, then moved up to air compressors and high-pressure iron eventually becoming Allen Compressor Repair. He later branched out to include Snyder Machine Shop. In January 2014, he merged both companies into one that became Allen Compression & Frac Valve Rentals, LLC. His company became a leader in the oilfield industry due to his strong work ethic and innovative business ideas.

    For the past three years, Quintin and Kinsey Bass have been working for Mr. Allen. They have continued to learn from him and how he has made his business successful. In August of 2023, the Bass’ purchased the business from Mr. Allen. The same exceptional service that our customers have come to know will be maintained as Mr. Allen stays on as a consultant providing his extensive knowledge of the oilfield industry.

  • Kinsey Bass

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Kinsey Bass is an experienced Office Manager and Administration Professional who optimizes productivity, efficiency and service quality across various environments. She is highly dependable, ethical and is a reliable support specialist who blends advanced organizational, technical and business acumen. She works effectively with cross functional teams in ensuring operational and service excellence. Prioritizing projects and multitasking effectively to achieve project goals is an area where she excels. Mrs. Bass has a strong work ethic and is a detail-oriented team player with expertise in team leadership.

  • Quintin Bass

    SALES MANAGER

    Quintin Bass is a high-performing & resourceful manager with eight years of experience in organizing business operations, financial oversight, and resource management. He is driven to provide superior, quality customer service. As well as creating solutions for customers to drive loyalty, he is also innovative in leveraging extensive knowledge of products and services for customer retention and company revenue. Mr. Bass is a focused Sales Consultant providing exciting product demonstrations and convincing leads to purchase

    Throughout his experience, he has achieved a smooth flow with project operations. As a project manager, he has extensive expertise in communication and negotiating. Training, managing, coaching, and mentoring sales/customer service associates, with a talent for interacting with staff at all levels of organization and public, is an area where he excels. Mr. Bass is detailed, quick-paced, and a true team player.
