SERVICES
Visual Testing
Our experienced technicians are experts in their field and inspect each piece of iron for any flaws. We inspect each piece that comes through our business and if a piece fails the visual testing, no further testing will be done.
Ultrasonic Testing
Our ultrasonic testing provides exact readings down to the millimeter in order to accurately measure the wall thickness. Our gauges are regularly checked and calibrated for maximum efficiency when needed.
HydroStatic Testing
We test 1002’s and 1502’s in order to provide you the most efficient constant working pressure. With each piece being thoroughly tested, it will increase your overall productivity due to less time in the field.
Online Iron Management System
In order to provide quality customer service, each business can track the progress of their equipment in real-time via our online iron management system. This system will provide an up-to-date process of each piece of equipment, view certificates, and view reports regarding the equipment.
Branding
All equipment is banded with silver bands unless otherwise specified by the customer to correspond with their testing color charts.
Logos
After testing, blasting, & painting your equipment we can add a personal touch by putting your own company logo on your equipment.
Thread Gauging
Using manufacturer’s specifications, we measure the age of each thread. If any threads are found to be worn, they will be immediately scrapped.
Sandblasting
Did you know that we not only sandblast all of our own equipment, but we can sandblast yours too?
Painting
We offer top-of-the-line industrial paint specifically made for oil & gas high-pressure iron. This type of paint ensures that your equipment works better for longer.
